WHAT  A  VIEW...     

Below is the daytime view from LOT 1K, a Mountain-Top Lot here at
NM Skies Astronomy Enclave. We cleared the future home site and we built
an earthen berm about 9' high.  The view on the RIGHT is from the top of the berm and it simulates the view from the future home's main floor deck, assuming a 9' tall basement.  The view on the LEFT is from the existing (lower) grade and it simulates the view from the basement level of the future home.  IT REALLY IS AMAZING WHAT A SMALL CHANGE IN GRADE CAN DO!
